The carafe of red wine was bad. The rabbit terrine was good. A very good bread 🍞 accompanied it. The chicken was industrial. Very thin and not much to eat. The dessert was good. The staff was pleasant.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance on a bike ride along the Marne River. It's truly fantastic.

We were thirsty and wanted to enjoy the outdoors. So we stopped by chance at Bateau L'avoir and had a coke and an iced tea. I was tempted by the homemade charlotte with Reims biscuits and red fruits...... Excellent!!!! Thank you to the chalet for this dessert which did me a lot of good. I will come for lunch there without hesitation, very curious to taste the rest of the menu.
