A very chic restaurant serving fine cuisine. A very warm welcome and a meal with an explosion of flavors in every course. A must-try in Normandy!
A menu that blends classic dishes with some more original ones
- The whelks, prepared like snails, are delicious, served straight from the oven, and the melted butter is best enjoyed with a small spoon
- The eagle lacquered with squid ink delights the taste buds (and colors them in a fun way)
- The beach pebble dessert seems to have been deposited on the plate by a wave whose foam slowly disappears. This crisp meringue perfectly mimics granite and seems salty, mingling with the smooth texture of a praline, and is garnished with a few crunchy seaweed pieces that give the whole thing a sweet and salty, melt-in-your-mouth, crunchy combination. It's a stunning dessert created with great artistry; it's so well thought out that it evokes the sensations of the seaside

The restaurant is still excellent, in an incredible setting: every dish has a "wow" factor thanks to its superb presentation. The flavors are spot on. Original dishes.
We'll be back!
(Just one small complaint about the vacherin on the lunch menu; it was good but a little smaller than the rest, especially in terms of portion size.)
A truly wonderful discovery. The view is magical, the cuisine refined with excellent ingredients, and the service very attentive. For lovers of fine food and romance... an absolute must.
