Excellent food, pleasant setting. It's best to choose a time of day when it's lightest to fully enjoy the magnificent view throughout the meal. The staff was friendly, although the service was a little too fast at the beginning of the meal; we didn't have time to finish our aperitif before the starter arrived. At the end of the meal, they offered to slow down the delivery of dessert, which we appreciated. The wine glasses were generous.
We had dinner last night at Le Belvédère. The dining room is very airy with large windows overlooking the sea. We didn't actually see the sea as it was dark! 😁
The cuisine is refined, the sauces are perfect. At our table, the foie gras marinated in Bénédictine sauce was the star. A real gem!
A minor point: the Pinot Noir was served too cold.
It's a beautiful place and a great restaurant!

My only suggestion is to add to your website that seafood platters can be ordered in advance. If I had known, I would have done so when making my reservation.
