28/12/2023: In this gourmet setting, I shared and tasted dishes prepared with taste and passion: scallops whose flesh gently caresses the tongue before mingling for a harmonious dance on the palate with its burgundy lemon sauce which enhances the subtly iodized taste of scallops, a melting brie which wraps itself around your taste buds before giving way to the heady taste of truffle which powerfully prolongs the sweetness of the brie. Lots of emotion and pleasure in every bite. Welcomed by a refined host and passionate about cooking, I set off to explore flavors that delighted my palate. And God knows I'm difficult. A culinary organization. Made with fresh (no frozen), homemade and quality products, we expect no less from one of the rare quality places where I enjoyed myself in Martinique. Very affordable price considering the quality. My compliments to the chef 🥰 small table, cozy atmosphere to share with a quality person for a special and intimate moment. Go there with your eyes closed. A rare little corner of paradise, for fine palates: let go, let yourself be carried away 😺✨

18/11/2023: We are on a precise and unique gastronomic experience in the sector. French and modern cuisine based on fresh produce. You can feel it in the mouth (and on the note) with original taste experiences. The service is top notch with lots of warmth and humor while remaining professional.
