Very nice discovery on the way back to Caen! Arriving at random in this cozy little restaurant, we were very well received by the staff, who were kind, efficient and smiling. The service was quick and all the dishes were excellent, and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely come back!

When you walk through the doors, you feel like you've been transported to another era. The food is excellent, the service is friendly and the cleanliness is impeccable.
Cooking over a wood fire is perfectly mastered.
I award 4 stars because the wood-fired meat and its accompaniments are top notch. That said, the plate of smoked ham would improve in quality with 2 slices of country ham rather than 4 slices of ham in a blister with 2 cherry tomatoes for 9 euros. The impeccable dessert.
