The last time I ate at Bistrot de la Bulle was before COVID. Since then, the establishment has changed management, and I discovered a new team last Sunday. I was delighted to rediscover the warm, chalet-chic atmosphere, the beautiful fireplace, and the comfortable tables and seating. As for the food, I wasn't disappointed. There's a real creative flair, both in the presentation of the dishes and in the delicious and subtle tasting experience. We received a very warm welcome. The restaurant was quite full, yet we didn't have to wait. A nice touch: during the meal, the staff were attentive and anticipated every request. A high-quality gourmet restaurant that I highly recommend.

A truly wonderful place that we've been loyal to for six years. One of the few restaurants we feel comfortable going to with our three young children. The welcome is exceptionally warm and the service efficient. The food is exquisite. Thank you.
