The ice cream is homemade, the flavors are excellent, and the ingredients are high quality (pieces of pistachios, hazelnuts, etc.).
The prices are fair for the quality and flavors.
The shop is conveniently located just 20 meters from the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau, allowing you to enjoy your ice cream in the courtyard, which is free to access.
A great place for a delicious treat.

12/06/2026: Overall, the food is high quality and the service is perfect. One very minor issue (perhaps an isolated incident reported at the end of the meal): small bones in the Caesar salad, which, incidentally, isn't traditional; indeed, the breaded chicken was cold.
However, I still recommend this restaurant. Reservations are necessary.

A truly excellent experience, both in terms of the food and the atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!

We stopped by on a Sunday by chance before visiting the Château de Candé, and we were served a lovely, fresh picnic basket.
The club sandwich was fantastic, made with fresh ingredients and delicious flavor.
Thank you for the welcome; next time we'll take the time to explore the menu.
