16/06/2026: A superb experience… the setting is magnificent, at the foot of the castle, with a very pleasant terrace. Chef Guillaume Vera's cuisine is simply exceptional. Rarely original and subtle… He is also a wine enthusiast, which is reflected in a truly top-notch wine list. All this at a more than reasonable price, and with very attentive service. I can't wait to go back!

14/06/2026: We stopped near the market halls during a tourist rally. A truly wonderful place. The welcome and service were perfect, with excellent advice. The food was simply superb. There were six of us at a table outside, and everyone enjoyed it. I highly recommend it.

29/06/2026: We tried this restaurant for the first time by ordering takeout. We were greeted by a very kind person. Everything was delicious; it was the best sushi I've ever had. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and it was great value for money. The coleslaw and miso soup were also very good. You can tell it's homemade. We'll definitely be back!

26/04/2026: The reviews weren't lying! In our five day trip we had a lot of good food but this was by far the best experience we had. Not not just an absolute steal but a culinary heist in broad daylight! The chef/owner is really welcoming, the selection of foods and wine was excactly right and his in depth knowledge, technique and creativity really came through with every single dish. Please do give this place a try.

19/04/2026: Good ingredients, expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and a very welcoming owner who knows how to showcase his products. We left delighted with this meal, which satisfied our appetites and introduced us to new flavors. We can't wait for our next trip to Tours to return.

30/07/2026: A very good restaurant with a delicious selection of local and homemade products. For lunch, a concise menu, perfectly adapted to the season, ensures that every dish is excellent. A very warm welcome and quick service 👍👍 We'll have to go back on Sunday for brunch and in the evening for the pizza.

24/07/2026: A superb discovery! The restaurant is full of charm, with tasteful decor and a warm atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. We shared a delicious terrine, then enjoyed three sourdough pizzas: a real treat! The dough is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, local, and high-quality. The desserts were also delicious and perfectly rounded off the meal. A huge thank you to Guillemette, Rosselin, Olivia, and Alyna for their hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this place. We will definitely be back! 🍕😊

22/07/2026: A place that surprised me, the owner who is also the chef is a very kind and social guy. The quesadilla was excellent and the ingredients he has available are very fresh and homemade. It was a very nice experience and if someone wants a very good quesadilla and a great personal experience then I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thanks a lot! 🇷🇴🇫🇷

12/06/2026: Overall, the food is high quality and the service is perfect. One very minor issue (perhaps an isolated incident reported at the end of the meal): small bones in the Caesar salad, which, incidentally, isn't traditional; indeed, the breaded chicken was cold. However, I still recommend this restaurant. Reservations are necessary.

04/07/2026: Having wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, my opinion is mixed. The dishes were truly excellent and definitely worth the experience, but the ambiance doesn't seem to live up to the intended standard. The lack of air conditioning (it was broken...), the noise level (a large family table was seated that day), and a few other details prevented it from meeting the expected level of quality. If I go back, I'll order takeout, to enjoy a more refined experience at home.
