Absolutely charming, a lovely room with all the desired comforts... Just a 5-minute walk from the main square, the location is perfect!

The hotel is well located, and the restaurant (at the Hotel Dali) is very good. However, the heating is difficult to control and keeps switching on and off. The breakfast price is too high (€20).

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the place is steeped in history! The restaurant is excellent; the ingredients are high-quality and well-prepared! The only slight drawback was that the spa's hammam wasn't working. A pleasant stay overall.

We came for a relaxing weekend, and the welcome was very warm.
The spa is definitely a plus, but it really lacks a more intimate space for true relaxation.
Regarding the room, the carpet isn't to everyone's taste, especially for a 4-star hotel; we were a little disappointed.
The heating was on full blast, and there was no hot water in our room.
Finally, the staff is welcoming and attentive. The place is definitely worth discovering.

Pleasant welcome, spacious room but a little too warm for my liking. Overall the room was spotless, there was just a bit of limescale on the shower head.

Honestly, the 4-star rating is way overrated. The room cost €120 a night and overlooked the beautiful parking lot. The bathtub was tiny, there were black marks on the shower grout in several places (photos available), and the air conditioning kept shutting off automatically. Even when you turned it back on, it shut off again, so we were cold all night. A smart TV for Netflix would have been great… otherwise, the bedding was decent and the pillows were comfortable. The hotel itself is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful.

Perfect hotel and excellent service.
The upgrade to a suite was much appreciated. The bistro is convenient for a quick meal, and the restaurant is very good (both service and food). A great choice for a pleasant stay in Montauban.
