I was very satisfied with the hotel during a professional stay. Very comfortable room (very soft sheets). We ate very well and the hotel environment is superb with the interior courtyards, swimming pool and spa.

We arrived later, with a bad point, the hotel is located in an alley, no indication outside, the response from the employee at reception is the cause we are under construction, it's so simple a sign against the hotel on the side of the street would really help, apart from that the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, we will see the rest tomorrow, but it is a very nice place very well structured.

L'Abbaye des Capucins, a 4-star hotel, seemed to promise a luxurious and memorable experience, but unfortunately my stay was marred by one major problem: the heating. Despite the charming atmosphere of this former abbey transformed into a hotel, I was disappointed by the lack of thermal comfort in my room. During my two nights in this room, I noticed that the temperature was unusually low, which made my stay rather uncomfortable. I contacted reception several times to resolve this issue, but the heating seemed to be malfunctioning and the blower was only blowing out cool air. I even asked for an extra blanket to try to keep warm, but it wasn't enough to compensate for the cold surroundings. This disappointing experience did not at all meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. As a loyal customer of 4-star hotels, I expected impeccable service and optimal thermal comfort. Unfortunately, the Capuchin Abbey was not up to par and this considerably tarnished my stay.

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Rooms are nice, clean, and cosy. Definitely recommend, although bare in mind that the hotel restaurant doesn't exactly have many options, and in my case, those options were cut down even more since 2/4 meals weren't available.
