Everything was excellent, the burgers took me on a journey, I have never eaten such a good burger in Marseille. The service was very fast and efficient, the waiters were very cheerful. Quality work, well done

Wow wow wow. From the USA you think your country has the best Cheeseburgers (beef) and Grilled chicken burgers in the world. However, Philippe has created a masterpiece with his creations. Maybe it’s the cheese. Maybe it is his tender care and warm outgoing personality. But ooh la la this family now understand why Le Bistro du Penier is a must stop during any vacation in Marseille and the Vieux-Port.

We had read reviews prior to our visit and all we need to say is indeed ‘spot on’. We know what we want when eating out and all boxes were ticked. Lovely team running service and best burger meal we have had in a good while. They are just on the dge of the tourist trail so make a point of getting there.

18/12/2024: Incredible now I've been going there for 4 months, the atmosphere, the decor and the meal are great!
08/12/2024: Simple cuisine, nothing grandiose either, it's pretty good overall (even if I find it a little expensive for what it is). In any case, it’s a change from other burger/fries type fast food (in fact, few fries in the portions) Clean toilets, although worn by time Friendly staff NB: pay attention to hygiene, when you wear gloves to make bagels and DIP INTO THE BINS of food, you cannot afford to touch the cash register or the fryer. Maybe using pliers would be a solution?
