On my previous visits, I had always been satisfied. This time, much less so. I ordered a steak tartare that unfortunately resembled mush, and the fries were soggy and undercooked. The main course was served five minutes after our aperitifs, so there was barely enough time to enjoy it. The glass of wine I ordered with the main course was served late, after I had to ask again. The dessert, however, was excellent.
When the waiter asked if everything was alright, I mentioned the slow pace of the service, and I could tell he took it badly. A shame. I don't think I said it aggressively.
I'll think twice before returning.

We spent yesterday evening at your establishment and were surprised and disappointed by the wait time to be served; it was far too long—an hour's wait! We were lucky we complained; it was as if we had been forgotten.

Unfortunately when we visited they were lacking a number of key ingredients. Meaning the menu was restricted and we couldn't have what we wanted to eat. There were no fries and no rice. Though the mashed potato alternative was very tasty.
Despite the Language Barrier, the waiting staff were all very friendly and very helpful. There was an English version of the menu.
The kids menu was innovative. Where they could choose their food by way of a flip book, they could flip through each part of the meal so that they could build their choices.

Good restaurant! The food is good, even excellent, the intimate atmosphere is very pleasant, and the available space is surprisingly generous considering the size of the entrance. A good address in Vitré. A minor drawback on the day of our visit was that the service seemed a little disorganized (a few small hiccups, such as the aperitifs taking a long time to arrive, and having to ask for a bottle of water several times...), even though we were served fairly quickly. Overall, a successful experience for our first time at this chain.

A very warm welcome and the servers were always available. The meal was excellent, as usual; it's a sure thing. The only slight issue was with the meat being cooked; it was difficult to distinguish between rare and medium-rare, but otherwise, no complaints. I recommend it.
