Le Bistrot 1951 sur Saint-Alban-De-Montbel

Disappointed. The setting is nice, although a bit close to the road. However, the food clearly didn't live up to expectations. Frozen fries, ribs of poor quality. The dessert was advertised as having a molten center, but it was the size of a nickel. Expensive for the quality (but average for restaurants around the lake). The staff, however, were very attentive. A shame.

I didn't completely enjoy the spritz, but the main courses and desserts were excellent.

A refined and perfect atmosphere, impeccable service. However, remember to book in advance.

We had a wonderful time yesterday at this restaurant. The service was excellent; it's a pleasure to see restaurants with servers who love their work, are friendly and energetic, and there's no need to ask—the servers immediately notice if anything is missing from the table. As for the food, we didn't leave a single crumb—it was delicious! Kudos to the chef! Thank you to the whole team! We highly recommend it!

Beautiful setting with a view overlooking part of the lake. The meal was delicious and the service was excellent. We'll be back!

I was delighted with my visit in June. The service was quick, friendly, and truly professional. The brasserie cuisine is very refined, and that rum baba with pineapple... a real treat!

A truly beautiful establishment with a superb terrace! The waitstaff is very pleasant and professional. The dishes are expertly prepared with care, finesse, and passion...right down to the dessert (don't miss the chocolate coconut dome)...a marvel! A must-visit restaurant in Aiguebelette.
