What a wonderful surprise at this restaurant! I don't eat shellfish, so I chose the ribeye steak with mustard sauce, and it was simply delicious. The meat was cooked to perfection, the mustard sauce was incredibly flavorful, and the side dishes were truly excellent. Honestly, it was on par with the finest steakhouses. Everything was perfectly balanced and executed flawlessly. Even in a restaurant renowned for its oysters, the quality of the meat is impressive. A truly wonderful experience; I highly recommend it!

Another successful evening! The food was delicious, the fish cooked to perfection, everything was perfect right down to the excellent brown torch dessert. Thank you to the chef and his team for the very pleasant service and the high-quality staff.

Stopping by chance in the neighborhood, my friend and I wanted to have lunch. Initially full, the waitresses found us a table available for a maximum of one hour before customers with reservations arrived. Having been informed, we accepted the table. We ordered the set menu, which included surprise appetizers to tide us over until we were served a sublime dozen oysters as a starter. This was followed by an excellent seafood sauerkraut, meltingly tender and, most importantly, completely boneless. To finish, a huge chestnut torchon accompanied by petits fours surprised and delighted us once again. I wanted to thank the staff for finding us this wonderful table, allowing us to have our first "seafood" experience at their establishment. I can't wait to return; it was a delight from beginning to end.
