04/04/2024: Good restaurant, something to review for a starred restaurant for my taste

03/04/2024: This is the second time we have come to dine at this beautiful establishment and we were not disappointed. To begin with, you are very well received. The interior of the restaurant is simply remarkable. The atmosphere is very zen. Ambient lighting that does not attack you, tables spaced sufficiently apart so as not to be disturbed by the exchanges of other guests, and finally, a superb illuminated cellar adorns the back of the room, with a large choice of great wines to choose from. make any wine lover salivate. As for the dishes, everything is cooked with precision. No fuss, the pairings are made around two products with a seasoning or a juice which enhances the whole. The chef's cuisine is direct, it goes straight to "Essential". The menu offers a sufficiently varied choice to find what you're looking for, no more than 5 starters or 5 main courses are offered, a guarantee of minute and quality preparations. The desserts are also excellent. Two very different proposals are offered to you. You will not be disappointed, they are delicious and original. Well done to the pastry chefs. The service is very attentive without being intrusive, the à la carte dishes are very well explained to you, with all the details necessary to understand their composition. I highly recommend the restaurant “ľEssentiel”, it is one of our favorite Michelin-starred restaurants.
