A superb experience; we almost felt like we were on the Île de Ré, enjoying oysters from Gillardeau. The owner shops in his native region and introduced us to a wide variety of local seafood. A must-do, and worth repeating.

Excellent seafood restaurant in Paris, just steps from the Place de la Bastille on a quiet street. Everything is excellent and very fresh. The menu is small, but for the best. Excellent wine selection as well. The service and atmosphere are relaxed yet friendly and professional. Highly recommended, but be sure to book in advance as it's a very popular spot.

Excellent seafood restaurant with very friendly service from Tim and his team. The wines are very well chosen and the homemade desserts are delicious. Tim's jovial personality will make your evening even more enjoyable.

Restaurant Coquillade

17/05/2026: The setting and rooms are still excellent, but the restaurant service has lost variety and quality. Just two years ago, you could enjoy a delicious Pad Thai at the bar, or other dishes at a great price. This dining option seems to have been discontinued, and in the evening, the only remaining option is the very expensive Les Vignes restaurant. This forced us to look for other dining options outside the hotel. It's a shame, as this was a real plus before.
21/04/2026: A superb place where you feel instantly at ease the moment you step inside, enveloped in a cocoon. The entire property exudes a sense of tranquility and well-being... Everything is simply perfect... From the décor and the room to the bedding, the breakfast, and the magnificent spa... A place to discover and rediscover at length.
