Spectacular location…and surprising to find such as great restaurant in a seemingly isolated spot. That takes some courage! The food is seasonal and changes by the month; ours was early October and, for my personal taste, I thought some dishes were not yet fully resolved and am sure this occurs over the month. That does not take away from some great courses served with charm and style.

This wonderful restaurant is worthy of the old Bistrot which won a Michelin star a few years ago before the change of ownership, with equally refined cuisine and top-notch service.
There were four of us and we warmly recommend this establishment located in the middle of an improbable nature...
