It has that charming village bistro atmosphere we love so much. A very active owner who knows her customers, a carefully curated wine selection, and simple but delicious food. You can eat there with your eyes closed.

New manager of this recently opened restaurant... a plus for the village. Excellent cuisine with excellent value for money. A very friendly welcome, always a little note for everyone. With a menu that changes every month, there's a good reason to return. You can go there with your eyes closed. 😌

A lovely little meal, and especially very good. The servers came to advise us, especially on the menu and on what there was to do in the area. We had a good time in a typical setting. I recommend it.

25/03/2026: A pleasant surprise in this small Provençal village, run by Yuko and her sushi chef, who are authentic Japanese. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will return as soon as we are back in this part of the Vaucluse.
21/03/2026: While strolling through the Saint Didier area today, we had come to photograph the cherry blossoms. At lunchtime, the reviews led us to Regalia Japon. If that's not a sign, I don't know what is! The restaurant is almost hidden on the main shopping street of Saint Didier. We received a very warm welcome from the waiter, who explained the history of the restaurant and its owner. We were pleasantly surprised to hear Japanese spoken and to discover the sushi master present. A truly immersive experience. We ordered the €32 set menu: miso soup and wakame salad. Then two tasting plates of sushi. A special mention goes to the seared salmon. We also ordered a scoop of matcha tea sorbet and another of yuzu sorbet. Everything was excellent: fresh ingredients, exceptional tastes and flavors, Japanese beer, and a wonderful mojito with yuzu liqueur. In short, nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. The only downside is that we're an hour's drive from this culinary gem in the Gard region. But we'll be back soon, we promise. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
