Le Bistrot du Halage sur Sotteville-Les-Rouen

Hunting down hidden gems, unearthing hidden bistros, that's my credo. Tucked away in a tiny village, bordered by a busy ring road on one side and the towpath on the other, this Norman restaurant is a haven for those in the know. No flashy posters outside, yet the place is always packed. Inside, there's no fuss, no stuffy waiters reciting the menu like poetry. The food is beautiful, it's delicious, and the value for money is excellent.
