We came with friends for lunch today and had a wonderful time. The welcome was warm and the waitress very friendly.
The dishes are excellent and the desserts, all homemade, are equally delicious (special mention to the marshmallow fondant and the speculoos fondant). I highly recommend it!

Simple, delicious local cuisine, a superb gardiane (a traditional Provençal stew), and excellent home cooking.

I won't lie to you, this is the HQ for true blue-bellied types. You'll find locals from all generations, as well as visitors, travelers, and people of all ages and backgrounds. To feed your ego, you'll find duality, rivalry, and discussions that are deep or not, sincere or not, but always accompanied by the finest spirits from here and elsewhere. The Maison Fluide, which you'll find in your glasses, is nothing less than another institution in this incredible and magnificent city of Aigues-Mortes. Furthermore, to more than adequately nourish you, you'll find succulent dishes prepared by none other than the great chef Enzo, who has definitely forgotten how to be bad in the kitchen. And let's not forget Eve, who will be a good listener, empathetic, perhaps even a little too much so. Ladies and gentlemen, please be gentle. But I assure you, she has a big heart and will greet you with the most beautiful smile.

Delicious, unpretentious cuisine, perfect for a sunny lunch. The terrace is sheltered from the wind in winter, and the market-fresh menu changes with the seasons.
Among the classics, don't miss the fries with cheddar sauce for a snack. If you're having a proper meal, the daily specials are a guarantee of freshness. You can tell there's someone behind it who loves good food!
We thoroughly enjoyed the tender pork ribs, the flavorful jus, and the crispy eggplant.
