02/08/2026: The food is good and the service is excellent. It's worth taking the time to avoid just walking into the first restaurant you see and getting lost in the town of Aigues-Mortes. Long live 100% homemade cuisine! If I didn't live so far away, I'd be a regular.

The service was also impeccable: the staff were very welcoming, attentive, and took great care of us throughout the meal. We felt very comfortable there. The service is top-notch, a warm, welcoming, and attentive team. I recommend it 100%. Thank you for this wonderful experience; I will be back, as I have been for several years.

21/08/2026: We went there this evening as a family. What can I say? This restaurant has everything it takes to succeed in the long run. The owner and staff are incredibly attentive, serving dishes that clearly show a lot of hard work. It's one of the few places during this trip where I felt completely at ease. I highly recommend it!

09/09/2026: Excellent value for money. The pizzas are very good; mine, with Roquefort and walnuts, was delicious. The crème caramel and whipped cream were also delicious, and apparently the caramel ice cream was a hit too. The person who served us, the owner, was very kind as well.

12/09/2026: A wonderful surprise in the heart of Aigues-Mortes, after much searching for vegetarian options, especially not in touristy places, unfortunately it's very difficult to find vegetarian options in Camargue. We opted for this Indian restaurant; everything was truly excellent, and the owner finally spoke English! We highly recommend this place.

17/09/2026: A restaurant worth discovering. The staff is incredibly attentive. The gratinated mussels were exceptional, and the linguine with clams for two was simply divine. A wonderful place that I absolutely loved.

18/09/2026: A lovely evening at Dit Vin... I came on the recommendation of "Pierre les Saucissons" from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, and he was right to do so! Dinner on the patio, beautiful decor, nestled among the trees... banana trees, at a lovely blue tiled table. The red wine from Domaine de Silène is "divine" for those who enjoy powerful wines 😉, and the tuna tartare was delicious... Thank you to Nicolas for his attentive and charmingly quirky service, and to "Zaza" for her wonderful, discreet, and cheerful energy. The owner, Jean-Luc, is approachable, communicative, and courageous in this new venture 😉. I highly recommend it.
