We had dinner at 4 and had a good evening.
Adrien, who served us, is very professional and attentive with a touch of humor.
The dishes are plentiful and well prepared. My husband, who had the beef fillet, appreciated the medium cooking as he had requested, for me, the burger was very good and for our children who had the perch fillets with garlic sauce, it was perfect.
Desserts also very good.
We will come back because we want to taste other dishes that we wanted.

Great food, but a little difficult given the resistance to help communicate in anything but fluent French. We speak, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, but our French is rudimentary. So I recommend just a little effort from the staff to help communicate would make the guests’ experience a lot less stressful! I only recommend this place if you speak fluent French or if you are in a patient mood! 😂

An evaluation of 5 simply because I find the rating of 3.8 very unfair.
The Shadow Knight was very good. The impeccable risotto. The same piece of beef. Small downside for the fries which are not homemade and a little dry.
Almost nothing to say about the service. Efficient and caring. Yes there is a waitress who is a little "gruff" but without any malice. The setting is very nice.
Yes the toilets were not completely perfect but it was still very very correct.

An extraordinary stroll on the banks of Lake Bourget with a stop at the Bistrot du Port where we had a pleasant time served by Adrien, a waiter who listens to you and meets your expectations, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice room facing the port. Menu 43€ is the average price of menus in the region
As a starter I have the snails on pea puree, it's good. Next, a fillet of pikeperch in a hazelnut crust...I'm still looking for the hazelnut crust...3 pieces with breading...all placed on mash...does the chef have a weakness for it? puree...as a starter, main course and dessert... This fish could be improved... But the flavors are good...for dessert a chocolate cake with pieces of pear...and with pear puree! Classic but good. The server is new but very nice. The bartender provides service but too fast and moderately friendly. Overall OK
