This wasn't my first visit, and it was just as good as ever. Bone marrow for a starter, followed by beef cheek with an excellent sauce and a lovely andouillette sausage. I ordered dessert from the menu: a generously sized floating island with a subtle pistachio flavor and a light drizzle of salted caramel. Impeccable service. This certainly won't be our last visit. I highly recommend it.
