May 2025 ============= After a first successful experience last summer, second experience just as conclusive. There were 9 of us at the table, and the opinions were unanimous. Composition of dishes, accompaniments, presentation, and especially flavors, are all elements that are generally difficult to combine. Challenge launched, challenge achieved. Special mention and encouragement for Lucas, who was able to combine quality of service in the room, advice and knowledge of wines and terroir, and this very appreciable and good-natured spontaneity. August 2024 ============= Absolutely worth discovering. Very nice taste experience. Two dishes tasted: tripe and dry. It will only take two bites of each dish to discover great complexity on the palate accompanied by notes that are both dense and subtle. It seems obvious to me that a lot of work has been done in the kitchen with this concern for "good", the likes of which we rarely encounter outside of gastro or semi-gastro environments. Here, it is not a simple assembly. The sauces, dishes and accompaniments benefit from real know-how. The indoor team is both spontaneous and caring.
