Excellent place! Delicious meat, incredible fries, impeccable service. Great atmosphere. Prices are high, but justified given the quality.

Impeccable service and excellent cuisine!

I follow a carnivore diet, and my biggest hobby in life is traveling the world to discover the best steaks. So far, I've had the opportunity to visit many countries and try the most exquisite meats in very special restaurants, but I loved this place so much that I went there two nights in a row during my two days in Paris. In fact, on the second day, even though I had a reservation at a different restaurant, I went back here beforehand and ordered takeout. The aroma and taste of the meat were incredible; I was practically in tears of happiness while eating it. Also, they welcomed us so wonderfully at the restaurant; I don't know his name, but the waiter was an amazing person; I would go there again just for his friendly service. On the second day, I said goodbye and hugged him with a heavy heart. The chef is incredible; his cooking technique is so amazing that I think if I lived in Paris, I would eat here every day. I will definitely come back to Paris just for this restaurant.

The food was brilliant. The waiter was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was cute and stylish. I had my timings mixed up and unfortunately we had to rush to get to a show which was a real shame. We would have loved to stay to enjoy this place longer. The waiter was accommodating to this which we really appreciated.

Everything was perfect except that it felt rushed, waiter coming to the table every 5mn to pour wine, water, etc.

An interesting experience; the meat was exceptional. It's a shame you can't always choose the cut you want, as they're all predetermined sizes. Being the last to order, I was only left with the option of a 1.2kg cut or a D. Blackmore beef fillet, which I was forced to choose even though it was too marbled for my taste. €140 per person.

This restaurant is simply incredible; everything was perfect from start to finish. The service is attentive, and the manager is very responsive. They only offer high-quality, generously portioned meats. We absolutely loved the BBQ sauce; we were ready to buy a jar if it had been available. We'll be back!

Le Bœuf Volant is a place worth discovering. We celebrated a double birthday there, and it was the perfect spot for meat lovers. The intimate atmosphere, the warm yet professional waiter, and the quick service made for a very pleasant experience. The beef was excellent: remarkable flavor and unparalleled tenderness.
