A very good, classic Indian restaurant. It had been my go-to for years; it only has four stars because I've since tried Jugaad in Paris and Gunpowder Soho in London, which are in a completely different league (though admittedly more expensive).
Nevertheless, the food is good, well-prepared, and very generous. It remains a top choice in Grenoble and the surrounding area. The service was very pleasant, with a friendly waiter (owner?).

Bombay offers a wonderful culinary experience thanks to its varied menu and carefully crafted recipes. The cocktails are also excellent, as are the desserts! Each dish aims to highlight the ingredients while adding a personal touch. A decent place for Indian food. The vegetarians in our group were gaga over the Dal. Ask for the spiciest version if you are from the Indian subcontinent, that would give you a taste, closer to home.
I would skip the biriyani. Hosts spoke Tamil, French and English. Aunty was too sweet a person to talk to.

We went there for my mother's birthday and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly: very attentive, smiling, and always ready to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent, with so many choices that it was almost impossible to decide because everything looked so tempting! Plus, the portions were generous: we left feeling full and happy. We'll definitely be back! 😊

I came here on the recommendation of my accommodation host. I saw a Korean review below and ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, Cheese Naan, and Mango Lassi. You can choose the spiciness level for the Chicken Tikka Masala, but since I can't handle spicy food while traveling, I ordered the spiciest option. In conclusion, I ended up crying while eating it. I usually like spicy food, but this was a different kind of spiciness. Still, the portions were generous, so I was full, and it was very delicious!
