Excellent bakery, the staff are friendly, I recommend it!

The establishment has changed ownership, and I've noticed they're making a real effort to reinvent themselves, offering new products that I've had the opportunity to try and approve. Some of the loyal team members have stayed on, bringing their experience in customer relations. I wish this new team every success.

Le pain est excellent, notamment la baguette à la farine de châtaigne. Bons gâteaux également. Mais la boutique est très petite, le débit est faible.

I had a croissant, a delight! You can taste the butter, the layers are perfect. I'm so glad I finally found a bakery that makes real croissants worthy of the name. I also couldn't resist an apple turnover, which was just as good, obviously sweeter, but less so than in other bakeries within a 3-minute walk. The traditional seeded loaf was also very good, with a hint of sourdough that I really like. Maybe I'm wrong about that, but I definitely tasted that unique flavor of sourdough bread. All for €4.50, and the person who served me was very friendly. I'll try other breads, like a country loaf, to compare it with the ones I often enjoyed in Lot-et-Garonne, where the baker used to come through our village with his van. As my mother used to say, it's better than any cake; with salted butter, there's nothing like it to get back to basics. Unfortunately, I live in a residential area of ​​Colombes, and the nearest bakery, a 2-minute walk away and therefore the only one, has nothing good; you might as well go to Leclerc. But it's worth the walk or the drive for a decent breakfast.

Excellent bakery, highly recommended!! Best croissant in town, I'd even say in the region since they won the award for best croissant last year! Delicious fresh sourdough bread by the slice. The sandwiches are tasty and incredibly generous! My favorite is the pistachio flan, a real treat.
