Le Boréal sur Wittenheim

Very good if you like good dishes from the region, very restrictive menu, but I prefer quality to diversity and on this side, the owner puts all his soul into it. Despite a somewhat old framework and a simple (but effective) map The products are fresh and of good quality. The cellar is a pleasure that the owner knows how to show us with as much passion as his cuisine. He also organizes themed evenings for us, and we can even reserve the restaurant for special events. Honestly proud to still have a restaurant like his in Wittenheim :).

Small restaurant that works a little by word of mouth, yet it would be a shame to miss it. I recommend with great pleasure this restaurant where you feel that the cuisine is made with passion and love.
