We used to come here regularly, but this will be the last time this year. The quality of the food isn't what it used to be: the fondue wasn't great, the Irish coffee had no coffee flavor, the charcuterie was basic, and the service was mediocre... It's a shame because we really loved this place.

A visit for 10 people, including 2 children, at lunchtime without a reservation ☺️ Warm welcome, very friendly staff. We had a great time! Family atmosphere, I 100% recommend it, the prices are very affordable and the service is top-notch! Thank you so much!

We started with a friendly aperitif, then ordered takeout…
And honestly, everything was perfect.
Tender lamb shank, a generous tartiflette (which we even got seconds of 😄),
delicious, hearty dishes prepared with care.
A warm welcome, a smiling team, and impeccable service.
An address to recommend without hesitation and without reservation!
Well done to the whole team 👏

A pleasant time at Le Boucanier. Small, warm, intimate dining room and quality service. The food is generally quite good, although I was slightly disappointed on my last visit, with a beef steak in chanterelle sauce that was a bit tough and under-seasoned.

Fantastic experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, you immediately feel at ease. The owners are lovely, very open to conversation, and take the time to chat with customers. And the food? Everything was delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend it!

A superb experience, I'll definitely be back! The restaurant is very welcoming, the owners are wonderful, incredibly kind, attentive, and a real pleasure to be around!
If I return to Chamrousse, this will be the only restaurant I eat at.
The portions are very generous, and the food is absolutely delicious!
The prices are very reasonable.

Raclette, fondue, crêpe, or waffle—all the portions are incredibly generous and delicious. The homemade raspberry speculoos tiramisu is amazing. The staff is super friendly and very professional. A wonderful discovery.
