Honest food and friendly yet courteous service. In terms of price/quality, this deserves nothing less than five stars.

A few weeks ago, I took my grandparents to lunch at Bouche à Oreille. Yves gave us a perfect welcome: incredibly kind to my elderly grandparents, who still talk about it fondly. The food was also perfect, and the atmosphere was fantastic! I highly recommend it, and I'm usually quite demanding, but when a restaurant combines the owner's friendliness, authenticity, and the quality of local products on the plate, it deserves to be highlighted! In short, you can go to Bouche à Oreille, to Yves's place, without hesitation: you'll have a wonderful time! Thank you again for the warm welcome, and I plan to return ;-)

I'm regaining faith in humanity!! These are the restaurants we're looking for. Freshness, quality, a lovely (and humorous) team. And if the local butcher takes his break there, that's a very good sign too. We were just passing through, but we'll definitely be back. Thank you for everything!!!

Without hesitation, I recommend this place!! A warm and friendly welcome immediately sets the mood. The waiter was very friendly, attentive, and took great care of his customers!! The menu is very well explained, as is the origin of the products, all sourced from local producers! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The owner even came to check if everything was alright, offering us a second helping of fries... in short, a place not to be missed in Montville!

If you're ever in Montville, don't hesitate to visit! Word of mouth is excellent; everything is perfect: the welcome is warm, the food is simple but delicious, made with only the best ingredients, and the owner is a lovely person.
