After a very friendly phone call, the same warm welcome awaited us in person. The table was presented with a simple and elegant display of high-quality local products. The service lived up to the excellent welcome and the delicious food. Its reputation speaks for itself, but we highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Very interesting, a friendly, contemporary atmosphere. The food was excellent, it's a shame I didn't get to try the desserts. Perhaps avoid Fridays, it's too late...lol

If you're ever in or near Montville, you absolutely must visit this restaurant. The owner is incredible—lovely, kind, and welcoming. The food is excellent, a blend of different regions made with local ingredients. It's definitely worth the detour. An amazing experience.

Honest food and friendly yet courteous service. In terms of price/quality, this deserves nothing less than five stars.

A few weeks ago, I took my grandparents to lunch at Bouche à Oreille. Yves gave us a perfect welcome: incredibly kind to my elderly grandparents, who still talk about it fondly. The food was also perfect, and the atmosphere was fantastic! I highly recommend it, and I'm usually quite demanding, but when a restaurant combines the owner's friendliness, authenticity, and the quality of local products on the plate, it deserves to be highlighted! In short, you can go to Bouche à Oreille, to Yves's place, without hesitation: you'll have a wonderful time! Thank you again for the warm welcome, and I plan to return ;-)

I'm regaining faith in humanity!! These are the restaurants we're looking for. Freshness, quality, a lovely (and humorous) team. And if the local butcher takes his break there, that's a very good sign too. We were just passing through, but we'll definitely be back. Thank you for everything!!!
