Even my 10 year old son, who is usually quite picky, loved the John Dory fillet and its sauce.
Same for dessert and very pleasant staff.
French fusion restaurant in the middle of Aiguèze (medieval town). This restaurant is owned by domaine Ventajol, a local winery and their wines are (among others) on the menu. We had lunch here, both had the filet saint pierre (white fish) with fennel and bulgur and vegetables. The tastes were great and everything was meticulously prepared. We had the house wine to accompany which was very good. Service is friendly. Be aware that prices here are higher than elsewhere in the village although I had the impression the ingredients are also more priceworthy.
I had a great time with my family enjoying a great charcuterie and cheese platter..
The perfect server, smiling and attentive.
I won't be long in going back there.
