A delightful surprise in this historic setting of Suze Castle. The ambiance of the vaulted room, the warm welcome, a simple yet high-quality menu, service with excellent wine recommendations, and a reasonable price all contributed to a wonderful experience.

We were very pleasantly surprised to see **Marine** again, whom we already knew from her time working at a pizzeria in **Baume-de-Transit**. She was highly regarded there for her kindness, dedication to customers, and professionalism. We found exactly the same qualities at **Le Brigand** restaurant. Marine is smiling, attentive, and very professional, and we are convinced she will give this establishment an excellent image. However, our opinion is much more reserved regarding the food. For a restaurant that aims to be reputable and semi-gastronomic, we were very disappointed to be served potatoes that seemed to have been reheated from the lunch service. In our opinion, this is really not up to the advertised standard or the prices charged. This is all the more regrettable because the quality of Marine's welcome and service deserves to be matched by cuisine of the same standard. **A big thank you to Marine for her kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. During our stopover in Suze la Rousse on July 24, we had a delicious meal at this cozy restaurant. A great deal of care is taken with the meal; the flavors are delicious and it is beautifully presented. The service was also top-notch, very hospitable. It was a real treat to dine here.

A wonderful discovery! The shaded terrace is particularly pleasant, especially in summer. The welcome is warm and the service attentive. The cuisine is refined, with carefully prepared and delicious dishes. The set menu, served at lunchtime on weekdays (starter, main course, and dessert) for €31, offers excellent value for money. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return.
