We had dinner at Bistrot Brigand on Tuesday evening; there were four of us, including our teenagers. We enjoyed several dishes, tasting plates that were both simple and original, featuring quality ingredients such as rillettes, Gouda cheese, and eggplant. Desserts included chocolate mousse with olive oil and a Basque cake with sorbet, along with local beers. We appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the originality of the dishes. It's a friendly and welcoming place with a beautiful, simple, and elegant decor. I highly recommend this place; it will definitely satisfy your taste buds! We'll be back!

I visited several times for dinner during the summer, and I was never disappointed. Three plates for two make perfect portions, allowing you to try more of the dishes, which is all the better when everything is so delicious! Most recently: a chocolate mousse with olive oil... I dreamt about it at night. Bravo!

The menu is initially daunting; honestly, I didn't understand what we were going to eat! But after explanations and a tasting, it was a very pleasant surprise: the food is flavorful and delicious. These "French-style" tapas are generous, sometimes unusual, but truly tasty, and very reasonably priced! The only slight drawback is the comfort... cushions would be welcome on those old chairs. I particularly enjoyed the "Eau vertueuse" (Virtuous Water). I will gladly return for lunch, when the menu is different.

The dishes are very original, and don't hesitate to let your curiosity guide you; there's virtually no risk of being disappointed. And most of the dishes are meant to be shared, which further reduces the risk of disappointment!

18/07/2026: A wonderful place. The first time I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent food. Unfortunately, the second time turned out to be a culinary fiasco. The pesto pasta was very weak and tasteless. I don't understand what happened...was the chef on vacation? I'm very disappointed.
14/07/2026: Beautiful setting surrounded by nature… the products are fresh… Special mention for the octopus and melon salad, yum! Impeccable service, thank you Tom!

13/07/2026: A wonderful experience in the summer. The terrace is lovely, and the centuries-old buildings add a great deal of charm. The food is excellent and well-prepared. I highly recommend it.
