I'll say it again! This is the best canteen in Lille, offering diverse culinary experiences, open to the world, and reinventing our habits.
The latest proof is the delightfully crazy potato waffle topped with whipped fresh goat cheese, crunchy cucumbers, and figs.
But at Brigand's, the worst part—where they're the best in the world—is their perfectly balanced, generous seasoning, enhanced with that little something extra that will blow your mind.

Lovely little bistro, cosy paired back, busy, but feels intimate. The food was amazing, really unusual flavour pairings that you can tell a lot of love went into! Highly recommend, every fork full was a treat!

We had dinner at Bistrot Brigand on Tuesday evening; there were four of us, including our teenagers. We enjoyed several dishes, tasting plates that were both simple and original, featuring quality ingredients such as rillettes, Gouda cheese, and eggplant. Desserts included chocolate mousse with olive oil and a Basque cake with sorbet, along with local beers. We appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the originality of the dishes. It's a friendly and welcoming place with a beautiful, simple, and elegant decor. I highly recommend this place; it will definitely satisfy your taste buds! We'll be back!

I visited several times for dinner during the summer, and I was never disappointed. Three plates for two make perfect portions, allowing you to try more of the dishes, which is all the better when everything is so delicious! Most recently: a chocolate mousse with olive oil... I dreamt about it at night. Bravo!

The menu is initially daunting; honestly, I didn't understand what we were going to eat! But after explanations and a tasting, it was a very pleasant surprise: the food is flavorful and delicious. These "French-style" tapas are generous, sometimes unusual, but truly tasty, and very reasonably priced! The only slight drawback is the comfort... cushions would be welcome on those old chairs. I particularly enjoyed the "Eau vertueuse" (Virtuous Water).
I will gladly return for lunch, when the menu is different.
