Express service, mastery of the burger formula. The ingredients are of very good quality, the selection of ingredients is varied and very welcome. The quantity, the quality, the excellent fries and finally a delicious homemade sauce (which is rare enough to be underlined) make this address a must for the Parisian hamburger. Go for it!

It's better to go to the counter early during the week to avoid the crowds of working people rushing to get their burger as comforting as it is tasty and thus make up for a hard day's work! Delicious burgers and fries and what I love is the variety of cheeses offered to accompany your meat. So for someone who doesn't like the Cheddar/meat duo it's perfect. Long live blue cheese, tomme au cider or Saint-Nectaire in the burger!

You have to experience it once. Market stalls and food stalls all in one place and not exactly a lot of space. But a great atmosphere. We ate a super tasty burger and great fries. The service was super friendly and tried very hard.

Excellent burgers made with local products that have character! The atmosphere is warm, with a little word from the team for each customer. I highly recommend. I hope I can come back as soon as possible!

25/01/2025: The following review is unfortunately not intended for the BK of Alésia and I am a loyal customer. But since it is impossible to have a member of the restaurant staff, here is: “Delivery to my door” order requested. The delivery man named Azad Maoulida M. (Uber direct) did not want to deliver to me because there were too many deliveries to make and therefore did not want to go up 3 floors. He hung up on me. After multiple attempts to contact him, he told me that he had left. Conclusion: Waiting, delivery man with bad liver and not at all professional because obviously, the latter notified "order delivered" while I found myself without a meal and a debited card!!!!!! I would like to point out that the order was made via the application so there is no possibility of recovering my dues! No customer service!

25/09/2024: Delicious ! Great birthday spent here today!
22/09/2024: Mixed experience, we went there on Sunday lunchtime for brunch. The dishes are as expected, American dinner type, simple and good. On the other hand, the sweet plates on the brunch menu seem quite small to me; calling a “Banana French toast” a brioche with a piece of banana seems a bit daring to me. Seeing the real Banana bread off the brunch menu, it has nothing to do with it. The waiters are very nice, but after a good half hour queue at the entrance, we were seated on a tiny table in the middle of the entrance corridor, and we had to move around to let people into the rooms. benches of real tables... Good value for money despite this!
