We stumbled upon this place for a stopover lunch and were won over! The set menu was simply excellent, featuring fresh, crisp asparagus and a succulent trout parmentier. Dessert was also delicious. We received a quick and warm welcome on a quiet and very pleasant terrace. Dogs are very welcome.

We don't know the hotel, but we regularly frequent the restaurant where the menus, which change seasonally, are always excellent. The service is quick and very friendly; it's a place I highly recommend—it's very good value for money.

A very decent overnight stay.
Clean room and comfortable bed.
Although there's a busy road nearby.
Excellent dinner!
Fresh and refined cuisine.
A minor drawback was the breakfast: frozen bread and pastries, especially considering there's an artisanal bakery right across the street.

For a pleasant meal around a good table. Sweetbreads, lamb shank, and beef cheek were a delight. Discreet and efficient service, and a kind word from the chef, a native of Lorraine, with whom we were treated to a reminiscence of his homeland in the East, which I know well. I highly recommend this restaurant.
