Le Cafe de la Mine sur Sahorre

A charming little spot A wonderful discovery! 😊 The owners are lovely, incredibly kind, welcoming, and always attentive. We were treated to some very thoughtful gifts several times, and the welcome was always warm. As for the food, it was impeccable: everything was delicious, from the takeaway pizzas to the dishes and desserts served in the restaurant. 🍕🍰 The setting is also very pleasant, with a lovely terrace perfect for enjoying sunny days in a quiet and friendly atmosphere. A great vibe that makes you want to come back! An address we highly recommend, and where we will gladly return for our holidays!

A very warm, family-run, and friendly establishment, well-located and laid out, which I was delighted to find during my stay! A big thank you to Amélie, who runs this place, for her thoughtfulness and kindness, and who helped save my trip to her village. It's also a welcoming place to relax, whether just for a drink or a meal. The dishes are comforting, hearty, and generous, which is much appreciated after hiking in the mountains ⛰️

We stumbled upon this restaurant for dinner quite by chance, as it was the only one open in the village where we had stopped for the night. And what a pleasant surprise! We were truly impressed by the quality of the food, the very generous portions, and the very reasonable prices. It had been a long time since I'd eaten such a good steak tartare, a real hand-cut tartare! And the ravioli gratin was excellent. A big thank you also to the waitress, who managed a large number of customers single-handedly with great efficiency and professionalism.

Just a quick note to let you know how delighted we were with our two visits to Café Restaurant de la Mine! We tried the pizzas on August 4th, 2026, and then the rösti burgers on August 7th, 2026, and each time, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Everything was truly delicious, with a special mention for the quality of the food, but also for the warm welcome, the service, and the wonderfully pleasant and friendly atmosphere. We can feel the heart and passion in what you do, and it's a real pleasure to dine with you. We are so happy to have you there to enhance our Sahelian holidays! ⛰️ Thank you, Amélie and Nicolas, for these wonderful moments. We will definitely be back! 😃🍕🍔

A huge thank you to Amélie and Nicolas for the warm welcome you gave our group. The food was delicious and the desserts were amazing! Special mention goes to the chocolate fondant. You were always so attentive, and you're part of our wonderful memories of our stay in Sahorre. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent restaurant in the heart of the village of Sahorre! The welcome is warm, the food is superb, and the value for money is fantastic. We went there several times during our stay and we'll definitely be back :)

A very friendly place in the heart of the village. The welcome was lovely and the managers very attentive. They arranged for us to be seated at the end of service even though there were eight of us. Good value for money. I highly recommend it ☺️

Great restaurant, very friendly and accommodating staff. A small restaurant in the heart of Sahorre with three terraces overlooking the mountains (a breathtaking view ✨). The burgers are to die for 😋 and the pizzas are also very good. Thank you, we'll be back!

Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it
