We order frequently and we love everything about your place! Your pizzas are always generous and delicious, and the snacks on the side are great too. Your delivery drivers are always very friendly. Deliveries are always on time, and often even a little early (which is really appreciated when you're hungry and in a hurry, let's be honest 😋). And it's tonight in particular that's prompting me to share my feedback: After a printing error on your machine, you called me and left a message explaining the situation and apologizing for the delay. The order was shipped immediately and arrived just 2 minutes later! So, yes, it was 15-20 minutes late in the end, but nothing serious. I figure mistakes can happen, and I also thought that on a holiday evening, the wait might simply be due to the high volume of orders tonight. No problem for me, but imagine my surprise when the delivery driver (who also apologized again) explained that the owner was offering me a drink as an apology. Not even a small can, no no, a 1.25L bottle of Coke! That was such a kind gesture! We'll be ordering from you for a long time to come!
