Excellent value for money. Simple but efficient service, and a smile to boot. The starter was good quality and well-presented. The main course was decent. The dessert was well-presented. For a set menu at €22, it's perfect. The Charentais white wine was average. We've had better for the same price. But then again, wine is a matter of taste.

Passing through Meshers, and seeing the negative reviews of this restaurant, we obviously decided to check it out for ourselves. What a pleasant surprise! The setting is lovely. We arrived a little late, but the owners, Micka and his wife, welcomed us warmly and kindly. The service was excellent, the meat delicious, and we had a wonderful meal. It just goes to show you shouldn't listen to the negative reviews and should form your own opinion. Thank you for your hospitality! I highly recommend it!

All very well, except don't forget your ticket when you go to pay at the counter because even if there aren't many people there, they'll point it out to you.

06/03/2026: Over the weekend, we came as a group of six adults for lunch on a Saturday. We hadn't been to this restaurant before… what a great choice!!! A friendly and welcoming team, quick service! And the food… Whether it was the starter, the main course, or the dessert: all EXCELLENT!!! We ate incredibly well, and you can be sure that not one of us left the restaurant hungry! The value for money is unbeatable! Quality ingredients. Outside of peak season, they offer a set menu with a few choices, including meat and fish! There's something for everyone. We were delighted! And we'll definitely be back if we have the chance!
16/02/2026: Perfect from start to finish. Warm welcome even without a reservation. Good value for money. Generous and very tasty dishes.
