Le Caroll's sur Pourrieres

The staff is friendly, but the table decoration leaves something to be desired. The appetizer is served with too much ice, which significantly reduces the amount of martini. The “Angel” crackers offered as an aperitif are not very popular; peanuts or olives would be more appropriate in a restaurant. An effort is required for the €10 combo starters, which are really too light. The burger was well cooked and tasty, but the bun on top was burnt and therefore inedible. The ambiance could be pleasant, but on my two visits it was rather dreary and gloomy. That said, it seems the place works best at midday. The choice of desserts is limited, and I doubt they are homemade. My intention is not to give them bad publicity, but I hope they will make improvements.

For years I have passed by without stopping and frankly what a mistake... an atypical place and truly beautiful with its American decoration, Top service and as for the meal, a delight, the burgers are really delicious I will come back with pleasure!!!

Impressive decoration, we feel the owner's passion for America. Friendly waiter and proud of his dad. Delicious burgers, homemade fries 😋 and homemade chocolate fondants, it's killer! Stop by without hesitation!

This evening we came to stay in a rather atypical roadside restaurant. You could see that they clearly opted for the American theme, but the whole building could use a revamp. We got there but actually thought it was closed. When we took the plunge to inspect the building, we noticed that there was one staff member inside who greeted us kindly. We also turned out to be the only guests of the evening… For dinner we opted for a starter of mozzarella sticks, which were exceptionally tasty because of the BBQ sauce, and the Texas burger/ribs. The dishes were more than successful and really pleased us. They clearly tasted fresh and you could taste that they were made with love. Review: The food was great, but the lack of other guests created a rather eerie feeling. So I would definitely appeal to passers-by to stop by. You certainly won't regret it.

We loved our dinner at Caroll's restaurant. The server Jess was exceptionally kind. The dishes were very good, prepared with fresh, quality products. An address not to be missed !

Found by chance, this restaurant is located in a very green setting, the decoration in a 100% American style is very well done. The Burgess are delicious, the service and welcome very pleasant. I recommend this place!!
