American-style restaurant with hamburgers, cowboy steaks, and American-style ribs. The waiter is very friendly, and the decor has a blues, rock, and vintage American car vibe. The music is mostly rock and blues. The hamburgers are generously filled and pretty good. I didn't try them all; I'm sticking with the Killer Burger. In short, we go there regularly as a family; it's fun, not too expensive, and the food is good. And in the parking lot, there are two vintage American cars that must have had their heyday in the '60s and '70s.

During our trips to Pourrières, at the end of the event, there's only one place to go to end the day: Le Carol's! The best burgers, fantastic atmosphere and decor, and amazing servers and owners. We're so lucky to have such a beautiful (and delicious) establishment in Pourrières. Well done, keep up the great work! We'll be back every time we're in the area!
