This Michelin-starred hotel and restaurant is very well located on the road south. The enclosed and secure courtyard (included in the room price) for parking is a real plus. The rooms are classic and the bedding is of very good quality. The restaurant is pleasant with well-spaced tables. The service is a bit old-fashioned and traditional, but the meal, while also quite classic, is outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Back at Le Carré d'Aléthius after more than 12 years… and our love for it remains undiminished. We discovered this magnificent restaurant during a family trip years ago, and on our way back from the Aubrac region towards Switzerland, we decided to stop there again. What an excellent idea! Everything was perfect from start to finish: refined cuisine, full of elegance and mastery, impeccable service, and a smiling, attentive, and genuinely pleasant staff. The wine pairings were also remarkable, with some truly wonderful local discoveries. This lunch was a truly timeless experience, a pure moment of happiness and indulgence. It's always a great pleasure to visit Le Carré d'Aléthius. Thank you to the entire team for this incredible experience and for your consistency over the years.

We experienced a moment of pure gastronomic bliss. We discovered a cuisine that blended unexpected flavors, with meticulous presentation and impeccable service. We were fortunate to be accompanied by a young sommelier who, depending on the nature of the dishes, had the audacity to suggest completely different wines that perfectly complemented these already exceptional dishes!

The hotel was excellent, comfortable, with a spacious room and impeccable bedding. The restaurant: A truly exceptional culinary experience. The cuisine is exquisite, the flavors are expertly crafted, and the wines by the glass are well-chosen. The service is impeccable. I highly recommend it.

I am always satisfied with my bookings on the Logis Hotel website. Plenty of choice.

We came between Christmas and New Year's and were a little disappointed by the manager's behavior. She wasn't very pleasant and made a few snide remarks throughout the meal. Upon arrival, we waited a moment in the lobby, unsure whether we were at the hotel or restaurant reception. We took the liberty of ringing the bell, which the manager completely disapproved of, and she held it against us throughout the meal. A big thank you to the young waitress who was very professional. The food was exquisite and we thoroughly enjoyed it, but for the price, we would have appreciated a warmer welcome; it somewhat spoiled our enjoyment of the day. My son even thanked her for the vegetarian meals (ordered in advance, but without any research; they were actually the vegetables from the other dishes on offer). She curtly replied that when they were informed, there was no problem. I think, madam, that you need to take a hospitality training course to better welcome people and show a little empathy towards customers who want to have a good time. Thank you to the kitchen for this delicious meal.
