The waffles are both crispy and soft, even the vanilla waffle is incredibly aromatic. The chocolate waffle has chocolate sticks inside that caramelize perfectly. The texture is great, even if you eat it cold. The service is great too. The lady who prepared my waffle was incredibly funny and kind and treated me familiarly and nicely, despite me being a tourist here :)

I've been coming here for years: it's a must for afternoon tea. I've never found better waffles. They're truly excellent. The only downside is that I've been refused a glass of water several times, even though it's illegal in France... But the waffles are too good not to come back.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. 🥰 The waffles are delicious and indulgent. 😋 A special mention goes to the milkshakes and homemade apple juice, which are simply amazing. 😍 In short, for a delightful experience in Nancy, go without hesitation! 🍴

05/08/2026: Loann is the best server, I've been twice and I'll be back.
02/08/2026: I come here from time to time, never had a problem. I went on Friday, wow, disappointed. Table of 8 people. Drinks without ice, in small portions, and don't even get me started on the cocktails, way too sweet. A spritz with two ice cubes and a gin fizz without ice are not great. What a shame.
