Excellent restaurant! The cuisine was truly accomplished. Presentation, choice of ingredients, taste… it was perfect! This restaurant deserves a more sophisticated, warmer, and more attractive decor. But the most important thing was what was on the plate.

Great team, a charming establishment, beautiful dishes, quality produce, a lovely wine cellar, and a smile from the welcome to dessert. What more could you ask for for a pleasant experience? Having had lunch or dinner at Carré des Maîtres in Aubenas several times, I highly recommend it. The consistency of the service and culinary excellence is nothing short of improvisation. 22/01/2026: Excellent. Don't be put off by the unassuming storefront. Go inside and you'll be delighted. The service is impeccable. If you have any food intolerances, they can easily accommodate your meal. Everything is done to ensure your satisfaction.
13/01/2026: What can I say except that everything was perfect. The owner was lovely, the cuisine was perfect and inventive, and the setting was intimate and natural with its stone vault. We will definitely be back very soon.
