Great spot with a lovely terrace right in the heart of Piana. Excellent food (the Pinsas are superb). Truly top-notch service!

We had a very good meal on the terrace. The sea bream ceviche, the daily special at €22, was very good, mixed with mango and avocado. But it wasn't sea bream ceviche, it was sea bream tartare... There was a major problem when it came time to pay! They demanded payment in cash or by check, as the credit card was out of order. I replied that it would have been nice if they had informed me of this upon our arrival, not when we were about to pay. My interactions with this person were not pleasant.

This place DOES NOW accept credit cards !!! The food was excellent and much different from the very bland dishes you get elsewhere. We had wild boar and a pizza. Both were very good! The service was outstanding. We highly recommend Le Casanova in Piana.

A wonderful discovery! We stumbled upon this place by chance and were delighted with the food (seared tuna and sea bream tartare) and the simple yet efficient service. We highly recommend it.

15/09/2026: We had suckling pig cooked over a wood fire. On the plate, there were only bones and very little, rather tough meat.
