A must-try restaurant when you arrive in Alsace. The cuisine is generous and delicious. I recommend the exceptional Black Forest gateau for dessert.

Great atmosphere and delicious food. I'm vegetarian, and there was plenty of choice. It's a shame the restaurant is closed on weekends, though.

What a fantastic place. We received a very warm welcome, and what can I say about the service? We were looked after wonderfully with a smile. We were delighted with the food. The main courses and desserts were very generous. I highly recommend this place.

A great experience! The hospitality was exceptional. The Rösti Burger, the Elsass Burger, and the XXL 350g rib-eye steak were a delight. The homemade fries and sauces were extremely tasty. In short! A wonderful discovery.

A second evening spent at Caseus (first review from Dédée du 13) and the food was just as good! From the meat to the fish to the desserts, everything was delicious. And a big thank you to Sonia for the service and the blind test!

13/08/2024: I only tried the restaurant. Excellent value for money Pleasant service. They did what was necessary so that my daughter, who eats gluten-free, could benefit from the dish of the day. I recommend.

14/12/2024: Very clean hotel Pleasant room and very pleasant and available staff Breakfast at the top and the restaurant cooks homemade food and everything is excellent!!!! I recommend without hesitation.
