A lovely restaurant, easily accessible by car and on foot. The decor changes every season, which I think is perfect.
The wait was fine, especially if it's not packed. The service was professional, the food was very good, and it wasn't too noisy.

A very unusual place. The interior is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The food is good, with special mention for the salad dressing; I've rarely tasted one so good in a restaurant.
However… expect a 40-minute wait between each group of customers. 40 minutes from the moment you're seated until your order is taken. Another 40 minutes for simple drinks. 40 minutes to receive your main course (what does that even mean for those who appreciate fine dining, where a 25-minute wait is mentioned?).
We ordered two Elsas Cola with lemon slices… but there were no slices.
We wanted sausage and Gewürztraminer, but they were out of stock.
The bread for the fondues was stale (probably two days old).

A very good restaurant in the heart of Thann. The restaurant's decor is simply magnificent. It transforms with the seasons, always offering beautiful new looks. The cuisine focuses on cheese, but there's something for everyone. The prices are quite reasonable and the staff is friendly.

A breathtaking address.
From appetizer to dessert, it's a true culinary delight. Be warned, those with small appetites should be aware that the portions are generous!
The decorations are magical during this Christmas season; simply perfection.
And let's not forget the service. Thank you to the waitresses for making the experience even more enjoyable with their cheerfulness.
I highly recommend it.

A great restaurant already visited several times, gastronomy which for cheese, has nothing to envy from the Venice of the Alps, very good conviviality, very warm decor and rooms and perfect and friendly service.
