We had fondue, which was excellent. Luckily, we arrived right at noon when it opened, so we got a table; otherwise, you should definitely reserve in advance. The ambiance is unique and worth seeing. The food was superb, as was the friendly service.

I've never eaten such a good ham hock. But I can also recommend the seafood sauerkraut or the royal sauerkraut. I really appreciate the decor, which changes with the seasons.

Le Labo

06/10/2026: I highly recommend checking out this place, and especially trying the Route du Rhum! Original, generous cocktails at very reasonable prices. A truly wonderful discovery. Special mention to the owner, who is particularly friendly and passionate, and who knows his cocktails and the different rums he offers perfectly. An address you absolutely must try!
06/10/2026: The cocktails are incredible! I highly recommend the Allergologue, it's delicious! The service was excellent, the servers were pleasant. This bar was a great find in Nantes.
