A lovely Alsatian restaurant with a colorful and creative interior.
The food is typical and delicious, and the service is quick and very friendly. It's popular, so reservations are recommended. I'd gladly return anytime; be sure to check out the very unusual restrooms!

A fantastic restaurant, especially known for its cheese-based dishes! There's a wide selection on the menu, not to mention the summer menu they also offered us 😍..
The service is quite fast, but we preferred to take our time enjoying an aperitif, so don't hesitate to mention it to the waitress, as we did.
The dishes are delicious, as are the desserts.
I chose the Caséus salad (smoked salmon, duck breast, cured ham, and goat cheese toast) and it was absolutely delicious 🥰..
Consider ordering a tarte flambée to share for an aperitif 😍..
As you can tell, I highly recommend this place 😊.

A beautifully decorated, pleasant, and welcoming restaurant.
The owner is at the helm, greeting customers and expertly managing the smooth running of the service.
The meals are excellent, and I highly recommend the sauerkraut with various fish and shrimp.
What a treat! And for dessert, what a delightful surprise: a kugelhopf ice cream with raisins lightly soaked in liqueur.
It was good, even very good.
A must-visit in Thann.
And with ample parking nearby.

Pleasant setting, warm welcome, but...
It's a shame that nothing was served or offered with the aperitif.
We're still waiting for the bread we asked for twice.
Our culinary curiosity will lead us to another establishment on our next visit... Sincerely
