A beautifully decorated, pleasant, and welcoming restaurant.
The owner is at the helm, greeting customers and expertly managing the smooth running of the service.
The meals are excellent, and I highly recommend the sauerkraut with various fish and shrimp.
What a treat! And for dessert, what a delightful surprise: a kugelhopf ice cream with raisins lightly soaked in liqueur.
It was good, even very good.
A must-visit in Thann.
And with ample parking nearby.

Pleasant setting, warm welcome, but...
It's a shame that nothing was served or offered with the aperitif.
We're still waiting for the bread we asked for twice.

We were eating here on our last day in France and it was the perfect choice! The dinner and desserts were absolutely amazing. The service was very nice and some also spoke english. Decor was funny and special! 8 of 8 people were very happy!

Stepping into Le Caseus restaurant is like entering another dimension. The incredible ceiling decor (which changes regularly), the vintage accessories (special mention for the rotary phone and radio) that once belonged to the owner's family, and you immediately feel at ease in this place. The welcome is fantastic, the menu is generous without being excessive, and the prices are quite reasonable. The dishes themselves are generous and delicious, yet you find yourself finishing everything on your plate. We even had a little room left for dessert. In short, it's the kind of place we wish we could find more often, and an address we highly recommend 😊.

A wide selection of 100% homemade dishes, a significant quality that is becoming increasingly rare in many establishments.
Beautiful setting, incredibly delicious food.
Impeccable service.

For the price, the fries and sauces could be homemade; frozen fries are a bit of a letdown for a potato restaurant. The homemade desserts are always excellent.
