We had dinner on a Saturday evening. The team is relaxed, friendly and professional. We had a great time. Unique menu but was able to offer another dish due to an allergy. The place is truly exceptional

This place is a gorge hidden gem - manager Edouard is very welcoming and a great host - food is served in one sitting a set menu with local delights and fresh produce. Super cosy inside with big fire, great bar and epic wine list

A sublime place, breathtaking decor, a charming welcome, an excellent meal, good wines, what more could you ask for? We will go back!

Magnificent, secluded location in a perfectly renovated old stone house with pleasant staff. The price is 4 stars, the rest is not: 4 enormous dogs hang out in the domain, blatantly dozing in the living room, visit the kitchen and bark throughout the night, relayed at 5 a.m. by the rooster then the goats. No welcome booklet in the rooms, no information on the estate's services, we discovered the bar on D3. No access to the telephone network, and no possibility of contacting a night manager in the event of a problem. No possibility of having a drink on the superb roof top, unless you go and get it…. Unheated swimming pool with greenish deposits suggesting poor maintenance. Pilates booked in advance, and replaced without information by yoga… Aperitif and quality evening meal. In summary, the place is superb, but the service offered must respect the codes of luxury hotels legitimately expected given the price applied.

Nouveau weekend au Castellas avec toujours autant de bonheur d’y séjourner ! Une équipe au Top, sympathique et accueillante, avec un chef qui nous a concocté d’excellents plats toujours aussi raffinés et variés ! Un superbe domaine avec une vue a couper le souffle et un dépaysement total dans un cadre juste magnifique ! Merci encore et à très vite. Thierry

Magical and peaceful place, very beautiful stone building, magnificent view (we were there in the evening with a superb sunset), dinner outside. Excellent food and very good service.

Avant même de parler du cadre à couper le souffle, une qualité surprenante dans l’assiette et le service ! Nous avons déjeuné au pied d’un grand arbre comme si nous étions à la maison dans une ambiance détendue et très agréable. Des salades aussi rafraîchissantes qu’originales, le saumon gravlax à la découpe parfaite devant nous, les fromages maison des chèvres du restaurant, un pain excellent.. bref une qualite de produits rare et une équipe au top. Le cadre est magnifique, ce restaurant vaut largement le détour dans cette région splendide. Nous remercions encore les propriétaires et leur équipe pour leur acceuil, leur générosité et leur authenticité ! À très bientôt encore merci :)
