I had a lovely time at Le Cèdre. The portions were generous, and the welcome was very warm. I got a taste of Lebanon for a very reasonable price ;). Thank you to the waiter and the chef for this wonderful experience. I highly recommend it! PS: Plus, there are plenty of vegetarian options!

A true delight. This restaurant is a genuine journey to Lebanon without leaving Valence. The flavors are authentic, the dishes generous and prepared with heart. You rediscover the taste of what's real, the taste of Lebanese home cooking, sincere and full of soul. The welcome is warm, you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. An address I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to discover—or rediscover—Lebanon through its cuisine.

A bit pricey to begin with, but with the pass time the value for money is decent.

Exceptional "discovery menu" in a magnificent setting; the service; the dishes; the wines... everything is well selected and orchestrated to ensure a wonderful time. David, Jean Baptiste, Hugo... all the staff are very attentive and professional (something lacking in some establishments of the same rank). To do again and again!

One of my favorite places in Valencia. The food is delicious, the owner is an exceptional server, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere matches the menu. I highly recommend it.
