Le Chalet sur Verdun

Great for a quick meal between museums. Great fries!

A really great little fast-food place. We ordered a pretty good sandwich, no complaints: tuna, mayonnaise, tomatoes, lettuce, and a toasted burger bun. The fries were delicious, and the portions were generous—we had trouble finishing it all, that's how good it was! The atmosphere and the owner/chef and his mother are lovely and so down-to-earth. Of course, if you're looking for haute cuisine, this isn't the place for you, but we're always happy to have this little chalet open to give us a warm welcome when we're hungry and don't want to spend ages in a restaurant. Thanks again! Bonus: the allergens are very well listed (it's great and thorough).
