Le Chalet du Tornet sur La Balme-De-Sillingy

On our way back from the Jura region, we stopped at this restaurant. Very satisfied, a warm welcome even though we hadn't booked. We opted for two very generous salads, and the cured ham was amazing! We recommend booking in advance as it was extremely busy. A great place to eat!

Pleasant setting, by the lake. Very busy at lunchtime, it's best to book in advance, especially in August.

We had lunch there today and, once again, we weren't disappointed! Everything was excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert, with delicious dishes and pleasant service. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality offered: very good value for money, which really deserves to be highlighted... We've been there several times already and it's always a pleasure. A great place, both for the quality of the food and the service. I recommend it 100%! 👌😊

We arrived during a busy peak, Sunday lunchtime as a family of five (two five year olds and a three year old). Even without reservation we were quickly greeted and sat. The service was quick, friendly and polite. Food and drinks arrived as quickly as you might hope for during peak service. The food was fantastic! The portions were extremely generous and the children’s menu has fantastic options. All ingredients were clearly of a very high quality. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The buffet prepared for a birthday was excellent. Generous and beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and pleasant. This made the occasion even more special.

A very pleasant spot on the shores of Lake Balme, everything was perfect: the salmon tartare, the beef tartare, the chocolate fondant, and the pistachio tiramisu! Excellent!!!!
