Le Chameau sur Neuville-Sur-Oise

28/12/2025: I've been coming here for years, but since the renovations and COVID, the atmosphere isn't the same. Yet the restaurant is packed and still very busy. The problem is that you have to ask for your food at 9:30 pm; it should be automatic like it used to be. Otherwise, the selection is still there, but not as extensive as it used to be. Once we'd finished eating, when it came time to pay the bill, we used to get those famous little hot towels to clean our hands ✋✋. Well, those are gone. In short, a victim of its own success, I was a little disappointed not to find the same Royal restaurant I knew before COVID.

22/12/2025: We arrived at 9:45 am. The restaurant closed at 11:00 am and there was nothing left in the buffet. Considering the price in the evening, I find this unacceptable. Don't go there at that hour.
