Le Chamechaude sur Saint-Pierre-De-Chartreuse

Passing by (by chance) at lunchtime on a weekday (August 2026), I was pleasantly surprised 👍 The menu is limited but features a wide variety of fresh, mostly local products. The welcome was very friendly. Prices were reasonable. In short, a highly recommended stop 👏

We had a wonderful time on the terrace overlooking our beautiful mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Beutifull location , better service opposite at the hotel. Coffee was nice.

We arrived a little later in the afternoon and the kitchen was practically sold out. Nevertheless, the very friendly staff checked to see if we could still get something. We received a superb tartiflette en dauphinois with a delicious salad. Thank you!

A wonderful discovery along our route! We stopped to visit the Arcabas Museum, and as we were leaving, this little bar/restaurant with its charming parasols caught our eye. We were so glad we did! After enjoying a simple but excellent crozet gratin and an equally delicious potato gratin, we followed it up with a lovely strawberry cake and ice cream. All for a very reasonable price. Fantastic! We wish you continued success.
